  • Standard shipping takes 3–11 business days. Expedited shipping takes 1–3 business days (Buy a Copy only). These times include handling and count from the day you place your order.
  • Shipping is $4.99 per order, any quantity. Expedited shipping adds $5 per order.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns

  • You may return a book within 30 days of delivery if it is in new, unread condition.
  • To start a return, email support@abypress.com with your order details. We'll send return instructions.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the book arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Signed copies are returnable.

Damaged or incorrect books

  • If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email support@abypress.com within 14 days of delivery. A photo helps.
  • We'll send a replacement or issue a refund, your choice, at no extra cost to you.

Refunds & cancellations

  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the return.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded on a standard return, but are refunded if the error was ours.
  • The expedite fee is refunded if the book arrives late.
  • To cancel, email support@abypress.com. We can cancel and refund an order that hasn't shipped yet, if you contact us within 24 hours of ordering.

Adopt a Spot (gift purchases)

  • Copies are donated on your behalf and shipped to our partners in batches, so they can't be returned.
  • You can cancel for a full refund before your copy ships to a partner. After that, refunds are handled case by case.
  • If a book is damaged on its way to a partner, we'll replace it at no cost.
